Robert Ellis, Esq. is co-founder of ELLIS & ELLIS, A. Legal Professional Association, an Ohio professional corporation.   Mr. Ellis has practiced law in Ohio for more than 28 years, handling a variety of matters focusing on Debtor Interests/Predatory Lending, Consumer Law, Bankruptcy, Real Estate and business issues as well at litigation surrounding those issues.

Mr. Ellis is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, The National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the National Association of Consumer Advocates and the Credit Education Coalition.

Mr. Ellis is a past president of the Marietta chapter of Rotary International, and is active in the community.

Mr. Ellis, in addition to being licensed to practice law in Ohio , also practices before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
