Doctor from Western New England College School of Law.

Richardson has practiced law in Ohio for 29 years. Mrs.
Richardson's practice is limited to Probate maters, Disability
Planning, Estate Planning, Asset Protection, Trusts, e.g., Revocable
Living Trusts, Insurance Trusts, IRA Trusts, and other trusts, Elder
Law issues and matters as well at litigation surrounding those
issues.
Mrs. Richardson is a member of WealthCounsel, LLC, a national
collaborative of Estate Planning and Elder Law Attorneys, where she has
access to frequent national conferences and seminars, the National
Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA); a Founding Member of

Mrs. Richardson, a former Small Claims Court Referee (Magistrate),
is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and a former president of
the Washington County Bar Association. Mrs. Richardson is licensed to
practice law in Ohio; is licensed to practice before the U. S. District
Court, Southern District of Ohio; and, the U. S. Supreme Court.
The firm serves the geographic area of Washington, Morgan, Athens, Noble, Monroe and Guernsey Counties in Ohio.
